CROWN Industries® was founded in 1997 by a small but highly experienced team of manufacturing industry specialists.
Competencies included new product development, stainless steel fabrication, marketing expertise and customer service specific to the commercial catering industry.
We have since developed a very popular standard range of products such as Commercial Coffee Percolators, Food Steamers, Ingredient Dispensers (and much more), but we are also servicing the industry with custom made solutions at an increasing rate.
26 years on and CROWN remains a 100% Australian family owned and operated business. We are an energetic and driven team which strives to continuously deliver the highest quality products along with industry leading service, at the lowest possible price.

Product Support - We make it in Australia and we fully support it in Australia. If you need assistance, we are only an email or a phone call away. We will get back to you within 24 hours (generally, within two hours). If you need someone to take a look at your appliance (even if it's not a CROWN product) give us a call and we will assist you over the phone and/or put you onto a reputable repairer, near you.
